Medium voltage cubicles for secondary distribution

From our own production we offer our clients medium voltage cubicles for secondary distribution, type ES-01, with the rated voltage 6 – 10 – 20 kV, rated normal current 400 – 630 A and rated short-time withstand current 12,5 – 16 – 20 kA/1s.

The medium voltage modular cubicles type ES-01 are manufactured in several constructive solutions, depending on the configuration requested by the customer:

  • • Incoming/outgoing unit with SF6 load-break switch disconnector
  • • Transformer protection unit with SF6 switch disconnector combined with fuses
  • • Incoming/outgoing or transformer protection unit with vacuum circuit breaker and SF6 switch disconnector (and metering)
  • • Coupling unit with SF6 load-break switch disconnector (and metering)
  • • Metering unit
  • • Metering unit with load-break switch disconnector
  • • Bus riser unit.

 

Medium voltage cubicles for primary distribution

The ZK8 Plus switchgear are medium voltage electrical equipments for indoor installations, in metal housing, air-insulated, expandable, with vacuum circuit breaker and air switch-disconnector as switching devices.

The ZK8 Plus product range is composed of individual standard cubicles with different functions. Thanks to their modular construction, any configuration required in various applications can be achieved.

The ZK8 Plus switchgear is designed for the primary distribution on the medium voltage side of the power stations, as well as in the switching substations within the power distribution systems.

The functional units are resistant to internal arcing, according to the international stadard EN 62271-200:2003, chapter AA, Class A of accessibility, criteria 1-5.

General technical characteristics:

  • • Rated voltage: max. 24 kV
  • • Rated current of the general busbar system: max. 2500 A
  • • Short-circuit current: 25 kA (3s).
