Sports club
Electro Sistem Sports Club aims to promote young students in practicing various orienteering sports.
Taking part in most of the domestic competitions, as well as in many international competitions, our team can be proud of returning with significant medals.
Support for Culture
We encourage local community development by supporting various activities in the schools and universities of Baia Mare.
We also seek to promote local art and culture. For this reason, beginning with 2009, we publish each year a book about aspects more or less known regarding the tradition, history, culture, outstanding landscapes offered by the geographical area surrounding the city of Baia Mare.
We started this process with a painting book presenting the most valuable works of the Baia Mare Painting School.
We continued in 2010 with a photographic insight into the city where we have our premises - work suggestively named "Baia Mare. Impression and colors" - in which we have tried to focus on some details often overlooked even by residents.
Our last work, published in 2011, was "Eternity of Times", a book of photographs, accompanied by explanatory descriptions, presenting the beautiful valleys and mountains of our county, perfectly preserved over the centuries.
Donations
We support not only as fans, but also financially, Baia Mare men's handball team H.C. Minaur. We hope that through our assistance and through those of other sponsors, we can provide the resources that will enable the club to achieve the performance and success it once had.
Preservation of Environment
Electrical energy is a clean energy. However, the equipments and technologies used in transport and distribution of electricity can have undesirable effects on the environment.
At Electro Sistem we take the measures to avoid such effects early in the production process: we use recycled or environmental-friendly materials where possible, we collect and sort waste, we use a special manufacturing process for the prefabricated substation's foundation, by which the transformer compartment becomes oil and water resistant (thereby avoiding infiltrations both from and to the outside), we design our products in consideration of electromagnetic fields reduction etc.
To formally prove these efforts, we are ISO 14001 certified.
